Returns 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns for hygiene/safety, we are not accepting any returns. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please take pictures and contact our customer service team immediately by email at [email protected]  

Order Cancellations and Refunds

We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that you will receive your important order in a timely manner. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed and payment has processed, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Please note that we cannot provide tax refunds for orders that have already been placed.
